Our Values
Tenzing Pacific Services was founded on the principles of protection and growth of our clients assets. We provide accountable advice and objective recommendations regarding health insurance, life insurance and investment solutions from top-tier providers. Our independence from insurance companies and financial institutions makes it possible for us to always prioritize our clients’ needs first. This means YOU are our priority and YOUR needs take precedence over anything else.
They say there is power in a name.
Our company name, “Tenzing Pacific” is inspired by Tenzing Norgay, the sherpa who guided Sir Edmund Hillary on the first successful summit of Mt. Everest.
Our name combines Hillary’s birthplace at sea level on the Pacific coast of New Zealand and Tenzing’s guiding legacy.
Our name symbolizes our dedication and commitment to safeguarding our clients, guiding them to protect and grow their assets while mitigating their risks, supporting them to achieve their goals, mirroring the journey from sea level to the summit of the world’s highest mountain.
Jinny is the most patient and helpful person and we have been so lucky to have her on our side. She always takes initiative and has gone out of her way to help us to mediate with our hospital during our pregnancy, with our newborn baby and with all our other insurance needs. Jinny is always responsive to our emails and messages. She replies quickly and efficiently and goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that everything is in order. We are so grateful to Jinny for all that she has done for our family!
Good service, insurance support is worth the cost, I work with 2 friends Yen and Neyu who are very enthusiastic and kind, they are always dedicated to quickly solve the dossier and explain the packages in the contract. copper so that the buyer can use the best insurance packages. Sometimes it also helps to find information about hospitals and other issues when needed. My family thank you very much for your support
Sales department (Nancy Dao) as well as Claims department (Hien Nguyen) were very helpful and went out of their way to find solutions when I had problems. It was difficult at my age - 76 - to find an affordable health insurance - they did it. It's always a bit awkward to claim medical expenses and receive them in full and in time - they got them 😄 I can only recommend their efficient yet subtle services!!

Overall experience is good. They have been very helpful from the beginning as I chose my insurance up until now where I process my claims. I truly appreciate the support team for their continuous help in my processing of claims and ensuring that I get quality response and service. I specifically commend Ms. Nora and Ms. Hien for their work with my issues and concerns. They are both dedicated and really good with communicating any updates for my side. Medical insurance claims are a nightmare. The process is both archaic and bureaucratic, and at times, acts as an effective deterrent for going to see a doctor. Then everything changed after I met Tenzing Pacific. The entire team is an absolute delight, having both extensive experience and a customer-centric approach which turned a nightmare into a dream. Special thanks to Ms Hien who recently represented me during a claims and reimbursement process. I've never received a reimbursement so quickly and with such little effort required. Many thanks again!

I researched and looked for a good insurance company while I'm in Vietnam, and I struggled with finding one until I found out about Tenzing Pacific, they helped me choose a great health insurance policy that's tailored to my needs/budget, Also Hien Nguyen has always been extremely helpful and very responsive in regards to any questions or anything I need help with whenever I needed to use my health insurance, and that's what I was looking for! Recommended this company to all of my friends.
