Account Administrator

Coordinate annual renewals with clients and insurers.

Renewal Advisor
In-House Customer Service and Relationship Management

Provide the highest level of customer service at all times in all communications with clients, providers and vendors. This includes acting as a liaison between the client, insurer and treatment facility, including:

  • Answering questions about a client’s policy
  • Managing annual policy renewals
  • Proactively manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Analyze policy details and assess renewal risks.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive renewal quotes.
  • Negotiate and finalize renewal agreements with clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly.
  • Track and report on key renewal
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
  • Strong ability to communicate in English with clients and managers
  • Excellent customer-oriented people skills, ability to manage and resolve conflict
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Hardworking, proactive and fast learner
  • Work experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • No insurance experience required, we’ll teach you!
