In-House Customer Service and Relationship Management
Provide the highest level of customer service at all times in all communications with clients, providers and vendors. This includes acting as a liaison between the client, insurer and treatment facility, including:
- Answering questions about a client’s policy
- Managing annual policy renewals
- Proactively manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze policy details and assess renewal risks.
- Prepare accurate and competitive renewal quotes.
- Negotiate and finalize renewal agreements with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Track and report on key renewal
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Strong ability to communicate in English with clients and managers
- Excellent customer-oriented people skills, ability to manage and resolve conflict
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Hardworking, proactive and fast learner
- Work experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- No insurance experience required, we’ll teach you!
