Sales department (Nancy Dao) as well as Claims department (Hien Nguyen) were very helpful and went out of their way to find solutions when I had problems. It was difficult at my age - 76 - to find an affordable health insurance - they did it. It's always a bit awkward to claim medical expenses and receive them in full and in time - they got them 🙂 I can only recommend their efficient yet subtle services!!

Overall experience is good. They have been very helpful from the beginning as I chose my insurance up until now where I process my claims. Medical insurance claims are a nightmare. The process is both archaic and bureaucratic, and at times, acts as an effective deterrent for going to see a doctor. Then everything changed after I met Tenzing Pacific. The entire team is an absolute delight, having both extensive experience and a customer-centric approach which turned a nightmare into a dream. Special thanks to Ms Hien who recently represented me during a claims and reimbursement process. I've never received a reimbursement so quickly and with such little effort required.
