Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Manager (70%)

  • Engage with inbound leads seeking insurance and investment solutions
  • Perform initial consultations and needs assessments
  • Utilize our best-in-class system to generate quotes
  • Present quotes and benefits, provide reasoned recommendations
  • Persistently follow up to close deals
  • Handle sales sign-ups, application forms, contracts, and policy documentation
  • In addition to leads given, proactively source new business opportunities
  • Cross sell additional products to clients and request referrals

2. Customer Service (30%)

  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support throughout product life cycle
  • Assign customer service tasks to our dedicated in-house team
  • Manage annual insurance renewals
Required skills and qualifications:
  • Confident, energetic and outgoing personality
  • Proficient in English
  • The ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • No prior insurance experience necessary—we offer comprehensive training!
