Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Relationship Management: Provide the highest level of customer service at all times and in all communications. This often involves acting as a liaison point between the client, insurer and treatment facility, including:
- Claims and direct billing support
- Handling client’s queries and request via multiple channels (emails, inbound calls, chat apps)
- Handle applications, contracts and VATs
- Manage renewal and next payment notices
- Client communications
- Assisting advisor team as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
It would be nice if you:

- Hardworking, proactive and a fast learner
