Responsibilities:
In-House Customer Service and Relationship Management
Provide the highest level of customer service at all times in all communications with clients, providers and vendors. This includes acting as a liaison between the client, insurer and treatment facility, including:
- Claims coordination, direct billing support and reimbursements
- Answering questions about a client’s policy
- Managing annual policy renewals
- Application administration processing, application forms, contracts and VAT invoices
- Distributing policy documents
- Managing payment notices
- Resolving client issues with our clients
- Updating our CRM with client details
- Using CRM to manage client relationships during the policy year
- Answering inbound calls and handling issues directly.
- Sending payment reminders to clients
Job Requirements
- Strong ability to communicate in English with clients and managers
- Excellent customer-oriented people skills, ability to manage and resolve conflict
- 2+ years in a professional office environment is a plus point
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Hardworking, proactive and fast learner
- Work experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- No insurance experience required, we’ll teach you!
