Responsibilities:
1.HR Tasks (approximately 60%): Responsible for efficient management of all HR tasks, including:
- Recruitment: Screening CVs, scheduling interviews, communicate with candidates pre- and post-interviews, sending job offers and rejection letters, onboarding new staff
- Develop and maintain company and HR policies
- Provide guidance on regulations, including labor regulations and collective labor agreement
- Maintain personnel documents: issuing, managing, renewing Assignment Letter, Appointment Decision, Offer Letter, Probation Contract, Labor Contract, Independent Agent Contract, Internship Contract, Service Contract, Decision of Salary Increase, Decision of Resignation, etc.
- Liaising with PIT vendors and tax authorities to issue social insurance books, register for family deduction, etc.
- Managing and issuing medical and health insurance cards
- Employee benefits documentation and training
- Visa and work permit application support for expats
2. Admin Tasks (40%): Responsible for administrative tasks to ensure effective working environment, including:
- Controlling service contracts with vendors
Control of office equipment, supplies and stationery - Preparing, organizing and storing documents in paper and digital formats
- Implementing and executing the company rules and regulations to all employees
- Liaising with governmental authorities to solve HR and other matters
Ensuring the office remains in a tidy and orderly manner - Supporting other departments’ activities as required
Other tasks as assigned.
Required skills/ Qualifications:
- Strong English in all skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Great attention to details
- Ability to successfully work in a team and autonomously
- Competence at Microsoft Office & Google Suites
