Human Resources Administrator (Job Closed)

We’re looking for Vietnamese candidates to join our multicultural team as soon as possible.

HR Administrator recruiting
Responsibilities:

1.HR Tasks (approximately 60%): Responsible for efficient management of all HR tasks, including:

  • Recruitment: Screening CVs, scheduling interviews, communicate with candidates pre- and post-interviews, sending job offers and rejection letters, onboarding new staff
  • Develop and maintain company and HR policies
  • Provide guidance on regulations, including labor regulations and collective labor agreement
  • Maintain personnel documents: issuing, managing, renewing Assignment Letter, Appointment Decision, Offer Letter, Probation Contract, Labor Contract, Independent Agent Contract, Internship Contract, Service Contract, Decision of Salary Increase, Decision of Resignation, etc.
  • Liaising with PIT vendors and tax authorities to issue social insurance books, register for family deduction, etc.
  • Managing and issuing medical and health insurance cards
  • Employee benefits documentation and training
  • Visa and work permit application support for expats

2. Admin Tasks (40%): Responsible for administrative tasks to ensure effective working environment, including:

  • Controlling service contracts with vendors
    Control of office equipment, supplies and stationery
  • Preparing, organizing and storing documents in paper and digital formats
  • Implementing and executing the company rules and regulations to all employees
  • Liaising with governmental authorities to solve HR and other matters
    Ensuring the office remains in a tidy and orderly manner
  • Supporting other departments’ activities as required

Other tasks as assigned.

Required skills/ Qualifications:
  • Strong English in all skills
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Great attention to details
  • Ability to successfully work in a team and autonomously
  • Competence at Microsoft Office & Google Suites
