No, this is a commission based position. We pay high commissions on all our products, many of which are recurring year-over-year. As you grow your network, you get insurance renewal business in addition to your new business. The first year is always the toughest, but it just gets easier from there!
As with any commission-based role, you get out what you put in. By year three, once you have built a book of clients, as renewal income and management fees snowball, advisors who work smart and hard can gross $100,000 a year.
