  • Use our CRM system to generate insurance quotes
  • Explain quotes, benefits and advise client with recommendations
  • Provide honest advice about investment decisions
  • Follow-up until deal is won or lost
  • Sales sign-up, applications forms, contracts and policy documents
  • Provide ongoing support

Is there a salary?
No, this is a commission based position. We pay high commissions on all our products, many of which are recurring year-over-year. As you grow your network, you get insurance renewal business in addition to your new business. The first year is always the toughest, but it just gets easier from there!
How much money can I make?
As with any commission-based role, you get out what you put in. By year three, once you have built a book of clients, as renewal income and management fees snowball, advisors who work smart and hard can gross $100,000 a year.

We have a digital and in-person training program for our CRM system. This includes videos, slides and activities that you do on your own and sessions with management. In addition to that, there are ongoing workshops and seminars that you can attend.

We offer health and life insurance, both international and local, as well as a slate of investment solutions.
Are there fixed hours?
No, you're free to work according to your own schedule.
Will I have a workstation?
If you're located in a city with a Tenzing office, hotdesk space may be available.
