Junior Advisor (Attractive Base Salary + Commissions)

Responsibilities:

1. Consultancy (40%)

Consult regarding health and life insurance plans with inbound leads who are contacting us to buy insurance, including:

  • Initial consultation and needs analysis
  • Use our proprietary system to make quotes
  • Explain quotes, benefits and advise clients with recommendations
  • Follow up until the deal is won or lost
  • Coordinate sales sign-up, application forms, contracts and policy documents
  • Find new business through your own efforts, in addition to leads given

2. Customer Service (30%)

Act as the main point of contact for clients when they have any questions or need help during the policy year. Delegate customer service issues to our in-house customer service department.

3. Customer Relationship Management (30%)

Use our CRM system to build and maintain relationships with clients, including:

  • Use our CRM system to set tasks and reminders
  • Policy administration for client’s next payments and renewals
  • Introduce new products to our clients and ask for referrals
Required skills/ Qualifications:

Must have:

  • Confidence; energetic and outgoing personality
  • Good English skills
  • The ability to connect, and interact with potential customers

Nice to have:

  • Attention to details
  • Self-motivation and being motivated by targets
  • Freshers are welcome!
  • No insurance experience required, we’ll train you!
