Responsibilities:
  • Provide advisory services across Health, Travel, Life Insurance, and Savings & Investments.
  • Handle high-value inbound leads and manage complex insurance cases.
  • Develop strategic business opportunities and actively source new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term retention.
  • Mentor and support Junior Advisors as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and policy management.
  • Manage annual insurance renewals and upsell additional products.
Required skills and qualifications:
  • A results-driven sales professional with strong business development skills.
  • Experienced in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Confident in handling complex client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
