Social Media Marketing Coordinator
The Social Media Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing Tenzing’s business plan by developing leads and positive brand awareness via social media and other avenues.

Roles:
Social media planning/managing:
- Manage a social media posting calendar for our different products and platforms (Facebook, Google My Business, Linkedin, others) to track and schedule posts
- Coordinate with sales, operations, human resources, customer service teams to capture and develop social media content ideas.
- Track effectiveness of all work
- Research how to optimize content on each platform, including groups
- Reply to customer reviews, messages and posts on social media platforms
Graphic design:
- Work with Marketing and other teams to create compelling content designed to generate revenue and enhance the perception of Tenzing across markets
- Use Canva Premium and other tools to create and execute designs, graphics and videos across all media, electronic and physical, including
- Social media posts
- Website pages
- Ads
- Email newsletters and communications
- Electronic signatures
- Brochures, flyers, standees, etc.
- Business cards
- Support HR with properly branded job postings
- Document and maintain Tenzing branding guidelines
Events:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage internal and external events
Other projects in line with these skills will be assigned
Qualifications and required skills:
- Degree in digital marketing or similar field, or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, LinkedIn, Google search and ads
- Excellent graphic design skills; working knowledge of Canva
- Creative, collaborative, able to work independently
- Can communicate in English across all skills
- Available on a full-time (M – F) basis in our Binh Thanh district office
