Sales department (Nancy Dao) as well as Claims department (Hien Nguyen) were very helpful and went out of their way to find solutions when I had problems. It was difficult at my age - 76 - to find an affordable health insurance - they did it. It's always a bit awkward to claim medical expenses and receive them in full and in time - they got them 🙂 I can only recommend their efficient yet subtle services!!

Medical insurance claims are a nightmare. The process is both archaic and bureaucratic, and at times, acts as an effective deterrent for going to see a doctor. Then everything changed after I met Tenzing Pacific. The entire team is an absolute delight, having both extensive experience and a customer-centric approach which turned a nightmare into a dream. Special thanks to Ms Hien who recently represented me during a claims and reimbursement process. I've never received a reimbursement so quickly and with such little effort required. Health insurance prices vary greatly depending on a number of factors, including age, benefits, coverage area, provider quality and much more. As an agency, we can offer over 10,000 plan combinations from 30+ providers, so a fixed premium chart isn't feasible.
You will need to fill out a medical questionnaire which is on the application form. Health checks are only required in the unlikely event that something about your application warrants more medical information before a final offer is made.

Yes, if you have a preferred payment period, please bring this up in your initial consultation so we can recommend a provider that allows you to pay monthly or quarterly. If you pay with installments, the provider will include a surcharge,
Most providers will exclude: pre-existing conditions (unless otherwise declared), non-medically required treatments, certain unreferred treatments, cosmetic procedures, claims for doing anything illegal, claims outside your coverage area and more.
Pre-existing conditions can sometimes be covered; they are handled on a case-by-case basis by each provider. They will need to be declared on the application form and accepted by the provider in order to be covered. If the condition is too risky or serious, then you will usually be accepted into the policy, but with the condition excluded. If you want to have a pre-existing condition covered, be ready to provide supplemental paperwork, which can include previous medical records or questionnaires.
