Jordan Williams replied quickly to my email requesting information about public liability insurance and set up an online meeting.
Jordan's manner was very friendly and professional throughout the process. He explained how he is a broker and will be discussing our company's details with a number of insurance companies before deciding which policy would best suit our needs.
Jordan kept us in the loop the whole time and we ended up with a very satisfactory product from Bao Minh Ben Thanh.
We set a tight schedule and Jordan was able to establish our relationship with Bao Minh inside our timetable.
We were very happy with both Jordan's and Bao Minh's customer service approaches and transparency.
