Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Tenzing Pacific Services Limited Affiliate Program. By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before accepting.

Definitions

• Commission: The percentage of revenue received by Tenzing Pacific Services Limited (“Company”) from sales originating from leads provided by the Affiliate Partner, as detailed in the Appendix of this Agreement.

Affiliate Program

• The Affiliate Partner agrees to refer potential customers to the Company’s website or services using unique referral links provided by the Company.
• The Affiliate Partner will earn Commissions for each successful sale originating from their referral, in accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement and its Appendix.

Commission Structure

• The specific Commission rates, payment schedules, and any related details are outlined in the Appendix attached to this Agreement.
• The Company reserves the right to modify the Commission structure upon written notice to the Affiliate Partner.

Term and Termination

• This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated by either party upon 30 days’ written notice.

Appendix: Commercial Terms

Promotion and Marketing

• The Affiliate Partner can promote Tenzing’s products and services using the designated link provided by the Company.
• The Affiliate Partner can earn Commission on International Private Medical Insurance, as well as Life Insurance.
• The Affiliate Partner agrees to promote Tenzing in a professional manner, in ways that are in line with the Company’s brand, and do not jeopardize Tenzing’s reputation. When in doubt, the Affiliate Partner should consult the Company for approval.

Commission Payments

• The Company agrees to provide the Affiliate Partner with 30% of the first-year commission for each sale generated through the Affiliate Partner’s referral.
• Commissions will be calculated on a monthly basis and disbursed quarterly, provided the Affiliate Partner has accrued a minimum of $500 in commissions.

Reporting and Collaboration

• The Company shall provide the Affiliate Partner with monthly reports detailing referrals, dates, products, and the commissions owed.
