The minimum premium is 2,276 THB this is for trip 30 days or less. If you trip is less than 30 days, you'll be charged the same rate as 30 days.
$50,000 is the minimum coverage which is what Plan 1 Lite covers. The other plans are covered to $100,000 USD (THB equivalent)
No, Thailand Pass doesn't cover any pre-existing conditions so no medical history needs to be declared. The coverage is only for new conditions, injuries, and illnesses.
